Fancy a short FUN run? 11/2 to 2 hours duration, mixing CLASSIC & MODERN Bikes. [ No ! read on]
The modern bike riders are Advanced {IAM} Observers who will follow each Classic Bike [ Hopefully a Velo] on a one to one ratio.
The Object is to give the Observers the pleasure of listening to Velo exhausts & hopefully being able to smell Castrol R [It only takes a small amount of R mixed with Petrol] It may also be possible to pass on some riding techniques with safety in mind. This is not a sales drive to persuade anyone to sign up for the IAM Skill for Life course, just a laid back Fun run.
John Rowan [ Senior Observer] will do his 20 minutes presentation before the start of the next club meeting Friday 9th Sep with the intention of arranging the run on Sunday 11th Sep starting from Sainsbury`s car park Regent Rd Salford, 9-15 am to 9- 30 am meeting time with a start time of 9- 45 am.
